Our FounderJonathan Mills, MA
Jonathan is a native Californian who made his way to the DC area in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resources as well as a Master of Arts in Human Services. In 2009, he was one of 15 nationally recognized champions in the national SHRM HR Games. In that year, he also passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam proctored by the HR Certification Institute.
He is consistently recognized for his technical excellence and attention to detail, winning the 2015 BRMidea Technical Excellence Award in Washington, DC (awarded by Battle Resource Management, Inc.) for his work upgrading a high volume IT acquisition and review process.
For almost a decade, he has been an expert consultant for business process reengineering, data driven decision making, Agile project execution, and organizational development.
He is now applying his skills and passions to deliver quality consulting for strategic Corporate Culture education, assessment, planning, and change.
